Essentially Garcinia Cambogia helps you to lose weight by stopping the production of fat and acting as an appetite suppressant. For best results you should take one Garcinia Cambogia tablet with a glass of water, approximately 30 – 45 minutes before mealtimes. This will give your body enough time to begin digesting the supplement and is likely to result in a slight loss of appetite.
(Some people prefer to take the supplements an hour before eating and some take just before eating. For best results, I always recommend taking the tablets prior to meal times and leaving enough time for them to start digesting so there is a noticeable decrease in appetite).

You will normally find that the standard daily dosage is between 500mg – 1500mg of 50 – 60% HCA (Hydroxyclic Acid – the active ingredient inside the fruit).
Now, depending on how much weight you are trying to lose – taking 3 tablets per day, one before each meal is most suitable for people looking to lose more weight and who are usually on weight loss program. Some people I have spoken to have taken 4 tablets per day but these people tend to have higher than normal energy levels and exercise more regularly.
If you are just looking to lose a small amount of weight, perhaps you are looking to drop a dress size then taking just one tablet per day may be sufficient, this is because of the slight loss of appetite you will experience.
